Jim Hebets
While The Value of Voice is the firm’s motto, it likewise embraces Jim’s personal and professional core values. He lives a life of servant leadership to his profession and cherished clients, his family and faith, and the philanthropic, civic, political and community organizations for which he is passionate.
Jim believes that every human has a voice that deserves to be heard. Through authentic listening, he discovers profound ways to serve. And from that servant’s heart, he leads individuals and groups to their greatest potential.
Jim Hebets, “I have always believed that when you serve, you earn a seat at the table. Service is the art of hearing – and converting what you’ve heard to unexpected, transformational outcomes.”
