Jamie Hebets
Jamie Hebets is President of The Hebets Company, an NFP Company, a premier consulting firm and insurance brokerage. He leads client consulting across executive compensation and benefits, talent retention, business succession planning, and estate planning and preservation. Through these total rewards strategies, healthcare systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are empowered to attract and retain talent.
Jamie has dedicated his career to helping healthcare organizations of all sizes establish themselves in their communities as destination employers by utilizing cutting-edge trends in compensation and fringe benefits. He and his team have provided compensation and benefits consulting and services to more than 125 healthcare organizations, ranging from small rural community-based organizations with fewer than 50 employees to large national healthcare systems with over 100,000 employees. He takes a consultative approach to working with clients, providing custom solutions and education that helps them meet their unique goals, and maintains these relationships for the long term.
Jamie is actively involved in charitable organizations within his local community and industry. He serves as a Board Member for Future for Kids, a nonprofit agency serving at-risk youth throughout the City of Phoenix and is on the Board of Trustees for the Finseca Foundation, a non-profit comprised of top financial professionals that strives to enable and create financial security for all.
Feeling exceedingly fortunate to serve others through his work, Jamie is deeply committed to charitable causes. He currently serves as a board member for Future for Kids, a nonprofit agency supporting at-risk youth in Phoenix, and the Finseca Foundation, which advocates for financial security for all. Additionally, he is a Trustee on the HonorHealth Foundation Board for the 2024-2026 term. Jamie is a registered representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC, and has been with NFP since 2012. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.
